| | I had work today at 400 so I wasn't able to go the full 5 with the girls. I'm starting work at 500 from now on so it shouldn't be such a rush anymore.
I was able to run for about 30minutes total. I ran on the trails, starting up the ridge and making my way down over past the water tower. Quick and easy.

| | 4x1 mile dirt repeats over by coach`s parents house.
Schedule told me I had a fartlek workout, but I know I can push myself 20x more than that. Ended up running with Chloe, Alexis, and Shawnee for the repeats and felt great afterwards!

| | Had to catch up with some tests and concepts in certain classes. Missed the repeats after school so I went on my own time around 6:30 and did a mile warmup with 3mile repeats at 1) 7:38 2)7:49 3)8:02. Legs have been cramping up a lot lately. I can't feel from my calves down when I run. I feel like I'm dragging my legs- ice and rolling!

| | Challenging workout today at Bloomington hills north park. Started with our warmup, then ran 3/800m at 100% effort with 3:00min recovery jogs. Then finished with 3/300m 100% effort as well.
Definitely tested my endurance- increased my time every repeat so it was a successful workout! Making sure to take care of the little things especially with region coming up quick.

| | Region today! Got a warmup, some strides, race, and a cool down in. Woke up early to jog the course this morning- and the course was amazing. They fixed it up emensely.
I feel good about my race. It wasn't my best time, but I finished and I don't have regrets: which is honestly all I care about it. In the end, our varsity runners made it to state!!!
