Felt pretty good today, trouble breathing(as always), and legs were cramping up again, but it was good. And tomorrow will be better. I`ve just got to keep pushing up to that varsity spot.

| | Left early from school/ and I wasn't able to run yesterday because of work, so I ran an easy 3 before school.
Cedar Invite! My time was 23:30 which was another pr for this season. Track and off season should help my speed for next year

| | Challenging workout today at Bloomington hills north park. Started with our warmup, then ran 3/800m at 100% effort with 3:00min recovery jogs. Then finished with 3/300m 100% effort as well.
Definitely tested my endurance- increased my time every repeat so it was a successful workout! Making sure to take care of the little things especially with region coming up quick.

| | Region today! Got a warmup, some strides, race, and a cool down in. Woke up early to jog the course this morning- and the course was amazing. They fixed it up emensely.
I feel good about my race. It wasn't my best time, but I finished and I don't have regrets: which is honestly all I care about it. In the end, our varsity runners made it to state!!!

| | Ran up in park city today! Absolutely gorgeous!! I went out with my parents- and surprisingly felt great- despite the change of elevation.

| | Easy 4 out on the dirt and back. Had a doctors appt. at 4 and had to pick up Olive Garden breadsticks at 4:30 for team night. Busy night- but it all worked out.
