Had to catch up with some tests and concepts in certain classes. Missed the repeats after school so I went on my own time around 6:30 and did a mile warmup with 3mile repeats at 1) 7:38 2)7:49 3)8:02. Legs have been cramping up a lot lately. I can't feel from my calves down when I run. I feel like I'm dragging my legs- ice and rolling!
